Mr. Hoover graduated from the Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1981 with a Juris Doctorate degree. He received his B.S. in Political Science from Central State University in 1977. Mr. Hoover's class standing in law school was 13th of 193.
Prior to entering the practice of law, Mr. Hoover served as an Oklahoma City police officer and was an agent for the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics. From 1980 to 1982 Mr. Hoover served as Assistant District Attorney for Canadian County. Mr. Hoover's practice is exclusively comprised of consumer collection litigation. Mr. Hoover has been the firm's lead trial attorney, having represented the firm's clients in over 50 jury and bench trials.
Mr. Hoover is a member of Oklahoma Trial Lawyers Association. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court and all inferior courts of the state of Oklahoma and the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.
