KEITH A. DANIELS
Prior to entering the field of Law, Keith graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a B.A. in History Education and managed restaurants in Chicago and Miami.
Keith graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2003 and has been a Creditor’s Rights Litigation Attorney his entire legal career. Over the years Keith has represented many of our National Banks and a variety of Creditors in a variety of actions including Foreclosure, Replevin, Indebtedness, Bankruptcy, and Appeals. He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association licensed to practice in Oklahoma District Courts and the U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts of Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Oklahoma. In 2024, Keith became an associate of the firm.
Keith’s law practice is exclusively devoted to consumer collection litigation. Keith is a member of the Creditor’s Bar Association of Oklahoma (CBAO).
